Our thriving venue client is seeking a dynamic Assistant Venue Manager to support the Food and Beverage team. This role will be responsible for looking over a variety of vendors and ensuring all operations are running smoothly! This position is fast-paced and ever growing with some new plans in place for expansion. If you have experience in management in a venue, arena or large catering company this could be the role for you!
This is a hybrid opportunity – 1 day from home!
£35,000+ Bonus
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all F&B vendors
* Management of beer systems/cellar
* Stock & inventory management
* Financial reporting
* Planning of logistics for all events
* Consistently making sure product is meeting F&B quality standards

* Experience managing relationships with suppliers
