Tomlin Personnel have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an established Recruitment Business within their Driving Division Sector.
Having a strong track record within the Driving Sector or similar, we are looking to continue our successes with an additional self motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Sales Professional.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to
Promote and grow our Recruitment solutions both over thephone and face to face.Develop close relationships with both Clients and Candidates
Achieve and Exceed targets and adhere to agreed action plans. Successful Applicants must have the following
Minimum 1 years Sales and Account Management experience within the Driving and Logistics Recruitment Sector, not essential as full training will be given but would be an advantage, ideal
A Proven track record of achievements against targets and objectives.
