Duties:
- Conduct Risk Assessments for Legionella, Fire, Health & Safety and Disability Access at business premises and residential properties.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations from templates provided.
-A Schematic Diagram would be required for the Legionella.
- Collaborate with managers to gather additional information and ensure comprehensive assessment.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to Legionella.
- Driving to and from the job (fuel will be paid at 45p per mile) These will be within a 50 mile radius of your home address.

Skills:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex information and make accurate assessments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interview individuals and gather information
- Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed reports
- Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of assessments and meet deadlines
Other requirements:
Must be registered with Companies House, or HMRC, and have a business bank account, in order for wages to be paid into a Company Account.
