Pay Rate: £25.16 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 40 per week
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Electrician to join a mobile maintenance team covering Stevenage and surrounding SG postcode areas.
In this role, you will carry out electrical repairs, testing, and maintenance, alongside a range of general multi-trade works, across residential properties. The role requires someone who can work independently, deliver high-quality work, and provide excellent service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, and fault finding within residential properties
Complete testing and inspection of electrical installations where required
Undertake general multi-trade repairs such as basic carpentry, plumbing, and patch repairs
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Use a PDA system to update job progress and record materials used
Maintain van stock and order specialist materials when required
Attend scheduled tenant appointments and provide excellent customer service
Follow health & safety procedures and complete risk assessments where necessary
Represent the company professionally while working on siteWhat We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Test & Inspection
Proven experience carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in residential properties
Ability to complete additional multi-trade tasks when required
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage workload and work independently
Full UK driving licence (company van provided)What’s on Offer
