Key Duties:
* Leading technical accounting advisory work across transactions, restructurings and strategic projects
* Working directly with sophisticated clients across private equity, asset management and high‑growth businesses
* Building strong internal relationships and contributing to thought leadership and market‑facing materials
* Coaching junior team members and shaping the development of a scaling practice
What you’ll bring:
* ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
* Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
* Experience in technical accounting or accounting advisory roles (transaction exposure a bonus)
* Confident communicator with strong project management skills
* Interest in using technology and AI tools to enhance client delivery
