Base pay range
Senior Sales Negotiator - Brentford, TW8. The base pay is determined by skills, experience and market conditions. Pay can be discussed with your recruiter.
Responsibilities
* Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties
* Proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive database
* Cross-selling between the other JOHNS&CO branches and our extensive New Homes offerings
* Working as a team to ensure the annual target is met
* Conduct viewings and negotiate offers
* Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
Qualifications
* Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of success
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
* Knowledge of the London property market
* Proactive and tenacious
* Target driven and ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
* A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
* Dedicated to exceeding client expectations
* Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
