Property Administrator Location: Leeds Salary: Up to £28,000 Office Based We are working with a growing Block Management company who are looking to appoint a Health & Safety Administrator to support their compliance and building safety function. This is a key operational support role, ensuring all health, safety and statutory compliance processes across a residential portfolio are managed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with Property Managers, Surveyors and external contractors, helping to keep buildings compliant, residents safe and records fully up to date. The Role Compliance Administration Maintain health and safety records across a residential portfolio Track statutory compliance including Fire Risk Assessments, FRA actions and RAMS Log and monitor compliance certification and renewal dates Ensure documentation is filed and audit ready Building Safety Support Assist with fire safety compliance and follow up actions Monitor EWS1, Fire Door Inspections and compartmentation reports Liaise with contractors regarding remedial works Support mobilisation of new developments from a compliance perspective Systems & Reporting Update internal compliance trackers and property systems Produce reports for senior management and clients Support data accuracy ahead of audits and inspections Stakeholder Liaison Work with Property Managers to ensure buildings remain compliant Liaise with contractors, surveyors and fire consultants Support communication with residents where required About You We are looking for someone organised, detail focused and comfortable working within a compliance driven environment. You may come from Block Management, Facilities Management or a Health & Safety administration background.
