Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Broadcast Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience with live broadcasts, streaming protocols and digital video broadcasting.
* Experience in technical consulting, partnership management, or a similar client-facing role.
* Experience with Generative AI tools and platforms.
* Experience with streaming architectures.
Preferred Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
* Experience planning, designing and deploying streaming production workflows, interfacing with partners, advertisers, or clients, project managing initiatives, and managing the technical aspects of a partner's live production workflow and integrations, from ideation to post-production.
* Experience in solution development or automation.
* Experience with API usages for interactions, SQL databases, or emerging technologies like AI/VR/AR.
* Knowledge of YouTube Live Product.

Responsibilities
* Drive growth by demonstrating core technical competencies and leadership that translate complex concepts into stakeholder insights.
* Configure stream encoders to specific profile specifications.
* Map and implement live signal chains from professional capture through to encoding.
* Perform network readiness assessments and troubleshoot technical systems in real-time.
* Develop automation solutions and tech integrations (e.g., Virtual Reality (VR)/Augmented Reality (AR) or custom applications) for event enhancement.
