Property Portfolio Manager - Law Firm (Client Side)
Circa £60,000 + Benefits - based in West Midlands (ideally) - Hybrid.
Boden Group have partnered with a leading International Law Firm to help seek a Property Portfolio Manager to drive real estate strategy, oversee capital projects, and enhance operational efficiency—all while championing sustainability.
The ideal candidate will be focusing on the various areas of property across the business such as new offices, relocations, project and contractor management as well as working on assessing lease agreements.
The role will suit someone who doesn't need a team and can work alone managing this key area of the business within the facilities and real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Real Estate & Lease Management – Oversee acquisitions, lease portfolios, compliance, and strategic planning
* Capital Projects & Investment Planning – Manage refurbishments, ensure high-quality execution, and implement risk management
* Sustainability & Net Zero Goals – Support environmental initiatives and integrate energy-efficient solutions
* Supplier & Risk Management – Optimize service contracts, enforce policies, and ensure regulatory compliance
* Budget Oversight – Manage financial planning, approve invoices, and track expenditures
What You Bring:
* Skills: Strategic thinking, relationship management, data-driven decision-making, attention to detail
* Experience: Background in facilities or real estate business planning, strong understanding of budget management
* Qualifications: RICS qualification and degree in Real Estate or Business Management
