We are looking for a talented Assembly operator to join our team specialising in Manufacturing for our MK Operations department in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract working Monday - Friday 7.00am - 15.00pm.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
Ensure Safety : By promptly reporting hazards and incidents, you contribute to a safer work environment for everyone.
Promote Health : Using personal protective equipment and adhering to HSE standards helps prevent injuries and illnesses.
Enhance Quality : Performing quality inspections and controlling non-conforming materials ensures high standards and reduces costs.
Meet Production Goals : Operating equipment efficiently and achieving production targets helps meet customer expectations.
Maintain Cleanliness : Keeping your work area clean and performing routine housekeeping tasks supports a productive environment.
Support Equipment Maintenance : Collaborating with peers and support staff to identify and repair equipment ensures smooth operations.
Improve Processes : Actively participating in initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and material flow drives continuous improvement.
Foster Teamwork : Effective communication and engagement in training and development strengthen team collaboration and overall performance.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Requires some work experience obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
Ability to follow build work instructions and product documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with a team and different stakeholders.
Working on various prototype stages using hands tools, drawings, online documentation
Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently.
Health & Safety conscious
Maintain a clear workplace.
Willingness To Learn And Support Other Functions.
Basic understanding of the electrical equipment and battery assembly
Remains flexible and performs other miscellaneous duties, as required, to meet production goals.
Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.
