Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Agency Valuer based in Kingswood. The Estate Agency Valuer will be responsible for conducting property valuations, providing market appraisals, and advising clients on property sales and pricing strategies. Additional tasks include building strong relationships with clients, managing customer inquiries, and actively contributing to the property sales process for optimal business performance.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Estate Agents operations and Real Estate Appraisal processes
* Experience in property Valuation and pricing strategies
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Knowledge of the property market and residential sales
* Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently
* Knowledge of the Kingswood property market is advantageous
* Valid driver's license and access to transportation, if site visits are required
