An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Pulsant in a job share capacity with our current Campaign Marketing Manager. The role's primary purpose is to develop and execute campaigns that drive growth marketing, focused on increasing client acquisition and client base expansion. As part of a small close-knit marketing team, you would collaborate cross-functionally and with external agencies to gather insight and drive data-driven campaigns across various channels (online and offline), increasing demand and demonstrating ROI.
Key responsibilities:
Growth Strategy:
· Development and implementation of cross functional growth campaigns, driving business growth and revenue, through cross functional collaboration with executives, senior leaders, and product teams ensuring alignment to and the achievement of commercial objectives.
· Creation of performance marketing campaigns driving net new client acquisition and client expansion, using multiple channels including social, paid and owned media as well as in-person events.
· Lead the development of a content strategy for the business that crafts a unique position for business and that is compelling within the sector. Contribute to improving and evolving the core creative strategy that supports the brand and maintains brand integrity across channels.
Go To Market (GTM) Strategy:
· Identify relevant emerging content trends, create competitive analysis and ensure campaigns targeting is aligned through collaboration with product and sales teams.
· Contribute to GTM strategy in conjunction with Sales, Product, Operations and Finance team members.
· Lead brand positioning within content channels to ensure prospect and client engagement and conversion optimisation is maintained throughout the campaign lifetime.
· Define a content plan that is aligned to marketing strategy in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
Marketing Performance Impact Lead:
· Track key performance metrics based on marketing data analytics to drive continuous campaign optimisation and improve multi-channel performance.
· Implement A/B and incremental testing to optimise new channels and grow existing ones.
· Compile reporting to demonstrate ROI and assist in data driven decision making.
· Ensure management of financial and agency partner resources is fully optimised and appropriately reported.
What / who we're looking for:
* B2B Tech marketing experience, either clientside or agency side
* Proven experience leading and managing successful multi-channel demand impacting campaigns, both paid and organic (including social)
* ROI focussed, with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
* Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
* Organised and planful, with good project management skills
