SEN Teaching Assistant (Keighley)
Veritas Education are working in partnership with a secondary school in the Keighley area who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. This is a full-time, long-term role, providing essential support to pupils with additional needs.
Responsibilities
* Provide essential support to pupils with additional needs within the classroom
* Support student engagement, progress and wellbeing
* Collaborate with teaching staff to support inclusion and learning objectives
Role Requirements
* Previous experience supporting students with SEN is essential
* Experience working within a PRU setting is highly desirable
* DBS on the update service is essential
* Commitment to supporting student progress, engagement, and wellbeing
