We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support. The role involves key responsibilities such as data entry, data review, updating the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system, closure of work orders, and minuting client meetings. The successful candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and support smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong administration skills and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office package, are essential. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to work. Security vetting, specifically BPSS clearance, is a mandatory requirement for this position and cannot be omitted. Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties including data entry and data review Update and maintain records within the CAFM system Manage closure of work orders accurately and timely Take and distribute minutes during client meetings Support communication and coordination between internal teams and external clients Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems Assist with other office administration tasks as required Skills Strong administration and organisational skills Proficient IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite Experience or willingness to learn CAFM systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively Customer service orientation Reliable and proactive work ethic Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team BPSS clearance (mandatory) Software/Tools Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) CAFM systems (training provided or experience preferred) Certifications & Standards BPSS clearance (mandatory) Please email CVs to
