NEW Implant Dental Nurse Opportunity - Join Our Elite Implant Team! - Up to £16ph - Reading Area\n\nAre you an experienced Dental Nurse with a passion for implant dentistry? Our senior implant team is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Dental Nurse to assist with advanced implant cases while also gaining experience in general dentistry.\n\n The Role:\nPosition: Dental Nurse (Implants)\nEmployment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)\nDays: Monday – Friday (Weekend work on a rota basis: Saturdays 08:15 - 14:15 with a day off in lieu)\nHours: 08:00 - 17:15 (Fridays: 08:15 - 16:15)\nPractice Type: Mixed (Private & NHS)\nStart Date: Ideally within a month, but we can be flexible for the right candidateKey Responsibilities:\nAssist the implantologist with a variety of complex implant procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient clinical workflow\nProvide pre- and post-operative care for implant patients, offering guidance, reassurance, and high-quality patient support\nPrepare and maintain sterile environments, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready for surgical procedures\nTake clinical photographs and X-rays (if qualified) to assist in treatment planning\nSupport IV sedation procedures (if trained) and monitor patients during sedation-assisted treatments\nEducate and engage with patients about their treatment, aftercare, and oral health maintenance\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using SOE dental software\nWork closely with the wider dental team, including specialists in orthodontics, endodontics, and general dentistry\nAdhere to strict infection control and cross-contamination procedures in line with CQC and GDC guidelines\nBe proactive in training and professional development, taking part in CPD and additional qualifications where relevantWhat We’re Looking For:\nA GDC-registered Dental Nurse with implant experience\nA minimum of 6+ months working with implants or training with an implant dentist\nSomeone eager to expand their knowledge, complete sedation and X-ray training, and progress in the field of implantology\nA nurse who thrives in a patient-first environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding careWhat We Offer:\nA progressive career path with training and opportunities for growth\nExposure to a wide range of treatments, from general dentistry to complex implants\nA supportive, team-oriented culture that values dedication and professional development\nExtra Benefits:\n\nGDC registration paid\nPaid sick pay\nCPD and training provided\nUniform provided\nDiscounted dental treatment\nPension scheme\nIncreased holiday allowance with years of service\nAnnual staff parties and social events\nEmployee assistance programsWhy Join Us? \n\nWe are more than just a dental practice—we are a dedicated team that takes pride in delivering the highest level of patient care.
