Sr. Supervisor, Clinical Liaison (office-based in Solihull)

Description
Your mission is to oversee the clinical support and services workflows, to provide customers with high quality relevant clinical education in clinic and remotely, to drive clinical confidence within our GP and Orthodontic channels.
You will be fully based onsite 5 days per week at the Solihull office. Expected travel upto 40% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee a team of office based and field based Clinical Liaisons, whose role is to drive adoption and growth, build clinical confidence of customers through education on Align’s Clinical Protocols, Innovations and the ClinCheck software program.
* Provide direct supervision and mentorship to direct reports in relation to performance, workflows, duties, day-to-day activities, and tasks to achieve agreed targets.
* Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback, coaching and personal development.
* Regularly co-travel & provide direct support for office & field-based team members
* Plan onboarding and training of new hires within the region’s organization
* Analyse the outcome of programs and initiatives through reporting and team’s input and propose new approaches and action plans.
* Investigate and analyse clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events. Be responsible for clinical communication and support to our customer base.
* Interact with functional peer groups and gain co-operation of other, conducting presentations concerning specific projects
* Receive assignments with goals, objectives, and processes by which to meet goals
* Demonstrate Leadership and influencing skills (“go-to-person”)
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree from a four-year college or university (preferably Dentistry)
* Typically has 4+ years of directly related experience as a Clinical Specialist/Liaison or equivalent customer relations role.
* Experience in people management/leadership role is preferred
* Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills
* Strong presentation skills, ability to influence through public speaking.
* Strategic thinker – ability to think outside of the box.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Good analytical and numeracy skills
* Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools
* The ability to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity)
* Willing to travel up to 40% of the time outside of local geography
