We're looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our small team as a Trainee Manager. This is a hands-on role where you'll be trained across all areas of our business, with a clear pathway to supervising and managing operations in the future.

What You'll Do:
* Assist with driving and deliveries, ensuring products reach customers on time and in excellent condition.This is a physical role, often moving heavy items safely.
* Support with cleaning, maintaining, and preparing equipment to our quality standards. All our items are cleaned and polished to the highest standard.
* Handle basic office administration and customer enquiries (phone, email, in-person).
* Learn how to schedule jobs, allocate resources, and oversee seasonal staff.
* Gain experience in customer service, supplier communication, and day-to-day operations management.
What We're Looking For:
* A flexible, proactive attitude – happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
* Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
* Driving licence (preferred/required, depending on your needs).
* Someone who enjoys variety and is looking to develop into a leadership position.
