The role In your new role as a HR Coordinator, you will be supporting HR operations at a busy and growing firm. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Manage new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials.Coordinate exit interviews and offboarding procedures.Support the recruitment process of business services and paralegals.Maintain employee records.Work closely with wider HR generalist team to ensure processes and policies are followed.What do you need? In order to be successful in this role you will need: Previous experience working within a similar HR role at a US law firm.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.Strong organisational skills and an ability to work at a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Excellent IT proficiency.
