A well:established architectural practice in Northampton is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing team. With a diverse portfolio spanning sectors including logistics, education, hospitality, civic, leisure, and residential, the practice offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from GBP500,000 to over GBP200 million in value.

The Role
* Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
* Develop creative design solutions and produce high:quality technical packages
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Manage project programmes and ensure successful project delivery
* Utilise Revit on a daily basis, alongside other design software where required
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice through collaborative working and design excellence
Requirements
* ARB:registered Architect with post:qualification experience
* Proven experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
* Strong design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
* Excellent communication and client:facing abilities
* Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high:quality work
* A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and ongoing professional development
