Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full-Time Role in Heywood (Starting September)
Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s education? Teaching Personnel is collaborating with a forward-thinking, inclusive primary school in Heywood, seeking an experienced and dedicated HLTA to join their supportive team from September.
In this role, you’ll work closely with class teachers to enhance teaching and learning across various subjects. Your focus will be on providing tailored support to individual students and small groups, helping to create an engaging classroom environment where every child can reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support class teachers in delivering lessons that engage and inspire students
* Provide focused support to individual pupils and small groups both inside and outside the classroom
* Assist with classroom management to maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere
* Support students’ pastoral and emotional needs as part of a holistic approach
* Help prepare resources and carry out administrative duties to support learning
* Deliver targeted interventions for children with additional needs
* Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and staff to support pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
