We’re working with a world-renowned organisation in the sports and live events space who are on the lookout for a Digital Assistant to join their growing team. This is a key role in the delivery of major international sporting events — ideal for someone passionate about technology, digital journeys, and enhancing the spectator experience through smart platforms and innovation.
The Role:
As a Digital Assistant, you'll be at the heart of project planning and digital platform rollout for live events, working closely with technical partners and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly — both pre-event and on-site.
You'll have your hands on everything from user journey testing to digital product launches, with a chance to contribute to platform development, customer-facing tools, and the broader digital ecosystem that supports global audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery and optimisation of digital platforms, such as event portals, apps, and registration systems.
Work closely with third-party tech suppliers to test, launch, and enhance digital features across various audience touchpoints.
Help produce clear, engaging resources and tutorials for both internal users and the general public.
Review and refine digital user journeys across websites and event tools to improve accessibility and overall experience.
Act as a key liaison during live events — troubleshooting digital issues and ensuring things run smoothly on the ground.
Collaborate across teams to support training, documentation, and operational readiness.
What We're Looking For:
A background in sports, events, or entertainment, with hands-on experience in digital tools or fan engagement platforms.
A good understanding of digital systems, UX, and the ability to translate tech into simple, impactful experiences.
Confident communicator — comfortable working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analytical mindset — someone who spots opportunities and brings practical solutions.
Bonus if you’ve worked with ticketing, apps, or CRM tools, but it’s not essential.
