We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator with strong residential lettings experience, excellent sales ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service within a fast-paced South East London Lettings Agency!
This role is ideal for a driven lettings professional who thrives in a competitive environment and enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and negotiating successful deals.
You’ll join a busy team at the Norwood office with strong market presence and opportunities for progression.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering applicants and conducting property viewings
* Generating new business and building strong landlord relationships
* Negotiating tenancy offers and agreeing deals
* Managing the lettings process from enquiry to move-in
* Providing high-level customer service and client care
* Working towards personal and office targets
* Supporting team activity to drive portfolio growth
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Residential lettings experience (essential)
* Strong sales background with proven results
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
* Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced market
* Skilled in generating and converting new business opportunities
* Well-presented and professional
* Strong knowledge of the South East London lettings market (advantageous)
* Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent spoken and written English
