The role
* Manage SME and mid-market clients across multiple lines
* Handle renewals, MTAs and day-to-day servicing
* Work closely with experienced Account Executives
* Progress into a hybrid Exec role within 12 months
* Move into a full Account Executive position within ~2 years
What they're looking for
* 2-3 years commercial broking experience
* Cross-class knowledge (SME / mid-market)
* Acturis experience preferred
* Ambition to step into an Account Executive role
* Confident, client-facing and commercially aware
