An exciting opportunity exists to join a growing team in a homely care home based in Bricklehampton near Pershore, set in beautiful, tranquil surroundings. You would join a team focused on providing quality care and have an opportunity to grow with the company and bring joy to the lives of our residents. Our shifts are 7.30am to 4pm, 4pm to 9.30pm, (long days at 7.30am to 9.30pm), with night shifts available 9.30pm to 7.30am. This is on a rota basis weekend on weekend off.

Purpose of the Role
* To be part of the team of carers whose aims are to ensure that residents' needs are met on a daily basis and provide them with a safe and comfortable environment.
* To help promote as much personal and physical independence and choice as possible in the activities of daily living undertaken by the residents within the Care Home.
* To help maintain a stimulating and attractive environment for all residents
Responsibilities and Duties
* To assist in the direct care provision of all aspects of the service users needs, which may include amongst others, personal care, medication administration, mobility, continence promotion, assistance with feeding, updating documentation, etc.
* Assist in activities within the Home.
* To attend appropriate training programmes/courses as available, which will further existing knowledge.

Pay: £12.21-£12.67 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 28 per week
