This is a permanent, full-time position, with a shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
We are seeking to recruit a full-time permanent Night Team Leader (NTL) for the Alcohol, Drug, and Recovery Service (ADRS) within East Renfrewshire. The successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive, and well-established integrated team of health and social care staff. This 37-hour-per-week role involves providing professional leadership and operational management to the health staff within the team, contributing significantly to the national mission to reduce harm related to alcohol and drug use.
The NTL will play a pivotal role as we reshape our Mental Health & Recovery Services to develop a more integrated model of service delivery. We are currently reviewing our mental health and recovery services to enhance management and integration across our mental health and HSCP services, aiming for closer leadership alignment.

The role may include video, telephone, and face-to-face interactions with staff. The post holder will oversee and monitor a reduced caseload of patients in community settings.
The Post Holder Will
* Contribute actively to change management, clinical and care governance activities, and collaborate with multi-agency, multidisciplinary teams at local and national levels.
* Deputise in the absence of senior management and provide cross-cover to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
* Excellent communication skills and leadership ability in managing regulated and unregulated professionals.
* Management experience in mental health and recovery is essential.
