Job Purpose
To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar, restaurant, and hotel, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, bar, restaurant, and back-of-house spaces
2. Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
3. Clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings to company standards
4. Ensure bar and restaurant areas are clean, presentable, and ready for service
5. Restock housekeeping supplies and report low stock levels
6. Report maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns promptly
7. Follow all health & safety, COSHH, and hygiene regulations
8. Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
9. Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times

Qualifications
17. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (training can be provided)
18. High attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
20. Good time management and organisational skills
21. Reliable, honest, and flexible with working hours
