Overview
To build data‑driven wellbeing tools, including the MEtime for Learning MVP and the I‑CHAINGE Responsible AI Mentor. Work with developers and AI teams to create ethical, culturally responsive solutions and expand partnerships with schools and global NGO networks.

This role will help the organisation build ethical, data‑driven AI systems that support student wellbeing at scale. By developing MEtime for Learning and the I‑CHAINGE AI Mentor, the volunteer will strengthen partnerships with schools and NGOs while ensuring culturally responsive, responsible technology for youth mental health.
Essential Skills
* Experience in Product Management, particularly within AI, SaaS, or institutional digital systems.
* Understanding of data ethics, AI bias mitigation, or responsible AI practices.
* Ability to manage complex digital products and system architectures.
* Strong project management and organisational skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as developers, AI specialists, and designers.
* Ability to translate technical AI concepts into practical tools for educators and institutions.
Desirable (but Not Required)
* Experience in EdTech platforms or digital wellbeing solutions.
* Familiarity with AI‑driven systems, data analytics dashboards, or SaaS platforms.
* Experience preparing CSR partnership proposals or sponsorship decks.
* Knowledge of culturally responsive design or inclusive technology practices.
* Experience working with NGOs, global education networks, or institutional partnerships.

Lead the Institutional Systems Pod
* Define Product Strategy: Guide the development of the MEtime for Learning MVP and the I‑CHAINGE Responsible AI Mentor, ensuring alignment with educational and social impact goals.
* Oversee Responsible AI Framework: Ensure the AI mentor follows ethical standards, focusing on bias mitigation, cultural sensitivity, and responsible data practices.
* Design Core System Features: Define product features such as the “10‑minute Mental Health Break” scheduler and the teacher needs‑analysis dashboard.
* Manage Data‑Driven Product Development: Work with technical teams to design scalable systems and ensure data is used effectively to support student wellbeing.
* Support Institutional Partnerships: Prepare CSR sponsorship and partnership materials for corporate and institutional funders.
* Coordinate Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with schools, NGOs, and global partners to ensure the platform meets their needs.
* Drive Product Scaling: Manage the rollout and integration of the I‑CHAINGE widget across the global partner network.
* Track Milestones and Delivery: Ensure project timelines, development goals, and deployment milestones are achieved efficiently.
* Support Impact Measurement: Help establish systems to track the effectiveness and reach of the organization’s AI‑driven wellbeing tools.
