The role involves delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, and small installations, while also supporting other building fabric and multi-trade tasks. This role requires flexibility, technical skill, and a customer-focused approach.Benefits:On-Call payment of £150 per week when on-callPension31 days holiday (including statutory days)Use of company vehicle for private usePrivate HealthcareGroup Life AssuranceKey Responsibilities for the Multi Trade PlumberDeliver Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Repairs, and Installation works on systemsDomestic and commercial hot & cold-water systemsSanitary ware installations and maintenanceDrainage systems (internal & external) including unblocking, repair, and jettingPumps, water tanks, and associated controlsRainwater goods and pipework repairsMinor leak detection and repairsCarry out multi-trade tasks where required, such as basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and painting to complete plumbing-related works.Fault find and repair plumbing and drainage systems effectively.Qualifications for the Multi Trade Plumber:NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).Water Regulations (WRAS) and Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification desirable.Confined Spaces or High-Pressure Jetting certification (advantageous).CSCS/ECS Card (desirable).Other Requirements for the Multi Trade Plumber:Full UK driving licence.Flexible and self-motivated approach to work.Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high standards.Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rotaEmail your CVPlumberTPBN1_UKTJ
