1. Provide HR data analytics support to the Senior Leadership Team
2. Manage and maintain SOPs and SLA reporting
3. Produce MI reporting for HR data audits
4. Build HR dashboards and reports from scratch
5. Deliver employee lifecycle reporting
6. Coordinate and support SMCR processes
7. Lead headcount reporting and workforce metrics
