Customer Success Manager

£25,000-£30,000 (competitive based on experience) + bonus

Description of the role:
* Travel to customer sites across the UK
* Install company hardware where required (tablets, tablet scanners, etc.)
* Configure the business system on-site (users, vehicles, workshops, sites, permissions, setup)
* Deliver hands-on training to mechanics, workshop managers, office staff, and drivers
* Ensure the customer is fully operational before leaving site
* Provide go-live day and post support
* Gather feedback and relay it directly to the development team
* Support customers in the first month post-installation with practical guidance
