The role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bid Manager DACH to join our Revenue team. You'll be the backbone of our DACH Sales team, extending your support across other European markets by managing and coordinating the bid process for potential and existing clients. You'll be based in our London office, bringing a 'can‑do' attitude, excellent communication skills in English and German, and thriving in our dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
What You Will Do
* Bid Management
o Coordinate the entire bid process from initiation to qualification and submission, ensuring timely delivery of consistently high‑quality responses
o Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and tailor bid responses
o Develop and maintain a bid library with standard templates and relevant documentation
* Content Development
o Write, edit, and proofread bid documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements and Perk standards
o Gather necessary information from internal stakeholders across various departments and share insights/learnings with the team
* Client Interaction
o Liaise with customers/prospects to clarify requirements and ensure a thorough understanding of their needs
o Manage communications throughout the bid process, providing updates and seeking feedback
o Encourage and attend pre‑tender meetings to gather information on customer requirements
* Strategic Input
o Provide insights and recommendations based on bid outcomes, market trends, and competitor analysis
o Assist in developing bid strategies to enhance the company’s competitive advantage
* Process Improvement
o Continuously review and improve bid processes to enhance efficiency
o Implement feedback from previous bids to refine future proposals
What We Would Like
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in bid management and writing, preferably within the travel industry or a B2B environment.
* Fluent in English and German; Spanish is a big plus.
* Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and bid management software experience is a plus.

How We Work
We take an IRL‑first approach, working together in‑person 3 days a week. This role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
