About The Role
1. Work collaboratively with Trading Teams and External Stakeholders to formulate solutions to issues in the business that will reduce shrink
2. Co-ordinate shrink reduction projects, trials and activity within set guidelines and timeframes
3. Conduct analysis of Loss Prevention MI and internal systems to identify patterns and emerging loss trends and create solutions that will reduce shrink
4. Support with the preparation and delivery of detailed performance updates on trading categories and high shrink areas to senior leadership teams
5. Establish and maintain credible working relationships, including joint planning, prioritisation, and communications
6. Engage with the central Profit Improvement team to support with wider department activity
About You
7. Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and present data to provide insight and actions
8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Power BI)
9. Experience in co-ordinating multiple projects, ensuring success measures are achieved such as costs and timelines
10. Enjoy working cross functionally, getting things done through working collaboratively
11. Demonstrate clarity of thinking – clear, logical & methodical approach to problem solving; both ahead and ‘in the moment', remaining calm and engaged to resolve at pace
12. Must be a proactive self-starter with ability to manage own workload in a fast paced environment
13. Good communicator with strong organisational, time management & prioritisation skills
14. Knowledge and understanding of retail operating model, processes, and ways of working
15. Ability to spot opportunities to make it simpler with innovative thinking
