Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with Partners, Associates and trainees across our client's Banking & Finance Group, which covers a wide range of Financing work.
A sizeable proportion of the team's work focusses on Real Estate Finance, but in this role, you will be central to developing and leading on non-REF matters, including leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate lending, asset-based lending and loan trading.
You will have a high level of client contact, leading transactions for banks, private equity sponsors, corporates and debt funds, while helping to shape the growth of the practice.
The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE acquired from a top-tier Banking & Finance practice, broad experience in debt finance, including leveraged/acquisition finance and corporate lending, proven client management experience and a commitment to business development and mentoring junior team members.
