Salary - £20,000-£25,000, OTE £40,000-£50,000
Hours: 5-day week Monday Thursday 8:30am 6pm, Friday 8:30am 5pm, Saturday 8:45 5pm (day off in Lieu when working Saturday)
Full UK licence & car required Car Allowance
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join their market-leading and incredibly busy office in Epsom.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team, supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process while delivering outstanding service at every stage. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and professionally from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing property sales from initial enquiry to completion
* Supporting buyers and vendors throughout the entire sales process
* Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Always delivering exceptional customer service
* Working towards and exceeding individual and team target
About You:
* Well-presented and professional
* Dynamic, driven, and target-focused
* Results-oriented and self-motivated
* Highly organised with excellent communication skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Experienced within residential estate agency
* UK driving licence and own car
