Location: Thurrock, Essex
Contract Type: Long-term contract (Until July 2025), with the possibility of a permanent contract from August 2025 for the right candidate
Salary: £88-£105 per day (weekly pay)
Start Date: Immediate

A fantastic opportunity has become available for psychology graduates seeking experience in providing restorative practices to young people with diverse complex needs.
This position is at an 'Outstanding' OFSTED-rated mainstream school in Thurrock, actively recruiting specialist behaviour support workers with backgrounds in psychology or criminology.
The school is looking for either experienced SEN behaviour support workers or graduates to provide individualised support to children with complex needs.
Requirements:
* Enthusiastic and patient candidates
* Ability to work well within a team and be flexible
* Level 3 qualification or higher
* Graduates are desirable
* Strong educational background
* Excellent communication skills
* SEN experience preferred
