We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to take the reins of a much-loved country pub, located in Salisbury. Known for their warm welcome, delicious food, and local ales. Proud to be a hub for locals and a destination for visitors alike.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and inspire a friendly front-of-house and kitchen team
• Ensure consistently high standards of food, drink, and service
• Manage day-to-day operations, stock, rotas, and compliance
• Drive business performance through events, promotions, and local engagement
• Create a welcoming environment where regulars feel like family

• Proven management experience in pubs, restaurants, or hospitality venues
• A hands-on leader with excellent communication and people skills
