Job Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children's Registered Manager to join a well-established, family-run care provider. This organisation is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead a brand-new children's residential home in Derby. Responsibilities
* Register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation
* Lead and inspire a team of care professionals
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments and behaviour strategies
* Manage recruitment, training and staff development
* Build strong relationships with external agencies and families
* Maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding and data protection

Qualifications & Experience
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within a children's residential setting
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards, safeguarding and relevant legislation
* Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for making a difference in young lives
