Protyre is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to manage and coordinate the centre’s front of house and workshop teams, ensuring high levels of customer service, interaction duty of care reporting and centre standards. Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, translating their needs to technicians, and managing the service process, including scheduling, estimating costs, and addressing customer concerns
* Location: Winsford
* Essential: Technical or mechanical experience
* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm rotational Sat 8.30am to 4pm

About you:
* Proven success in a similar role
* Experience in a multi-site organization and sales environment
* Technical or mechanical experience
* Previous experience of estimating repair costs, managing invoices and collection of payments
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements
* Excellent customer service and team management skills
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
* Proficient with Microsoft and IT platforms
* A good level of influencing and coaching skills

* Advising on technical queries or issues.
* Dealing with all customersin a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression
* Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out.
* Informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
* Maintain high standards of operation and compliance.
* Ensure accurate process control and timely responses to management requests.
