Job Description
3. Manage the full lifecycle of plot sale transactions from draft contracts to completion.
4. Liaise with Sales and Technical teams to track progress and help meet exchange and completion targets.
5. Carry out purchaser due diligence, including AML checks and source‑of‑funds verification.
6. Handle all pre‑exchange, pre‑completion and post‑completion correspondence and documentation.
7. Produce accurate reports and maintain high standards across all documentation.
8. Stay up to date with current home‑ownership schemes and sales incentive products.
9. Maintain organised, paperless file management and proactively plan workloads.
10. Work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting peak periods and contributing to continuous improvement.

11. Experienced in residential conveyancing or plot sales.
12. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
13. Confident managing multiple transactions and tight deadlines.
