Whether you’re a recent graduate with a knack for data or have 1–2 years' experience in a similar role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in category reporting, market insight, and commercial support – all within a supportive and growing team. You’ll be joining a supportive team of highly experienced category specialists, providing the perfect environment to learn, grow, and progress your career in FMCG.

The Role:
* Maintain and improve internal category reporting tools
* Track BWS category and market trends
* Provide data-led insights to support sales and marketing
* Assist with range reviews, merchandising plans, and new product development
* Support the category team with ad hoc projects
About You:
* Confident with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Detail-oriented, logical, and analytical
* A strong communicator – able to present data clearly
* Ideally has experience with Kantar, Nielsen, or Dunnhumby data
* Based within commuting distance of Newbury or the M4 corridor
