As part of our ongoing pursuit of excellence, we will be kicking off a significant Transformation Project to introduce S/4HANA, and as such we have created several positions to support this enterprise project.
Role Purpose:
This role will be important contributor toward Business Transformation for Lonza CDMO and Product business related Invoice to Cash Processes under Project Nexus. Under the supervision of the Stream Lead, the Business Process Architect, Invoice to Cash will drive and support functional and technical design, implementation, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA FSCM and Cash Management module for the Invoice to Cash processes.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Map future Invoice to Cash process within the new S/4HANA FSCM and Cah Management systems, moving from current satellite systems (High Radius and Serrala)
2. Create and maintain documentation of future Invoice to Cash process and technical solutions
3. Responsible to provide in-depth knowledge and expertise in the Invoice to Cash related to Lonza CDMO and Product business model archetypes
4. Engage with partners to comprehend and document requests
5. Implements best price in SAP S/4HANA Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Cash & Liquidity management to improve efficiency reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DS), and enhance working capital
6. Participate in system configuration reviews, testing (SIT/UAT), and defect resolution.
7. Develop training materials and support change management activities.
8. Develop Master Data Design for Business Partner, Credit Control Areas, Credit Segment, etc.
Key requirements:
9. Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) in the Invoice-to-Cash or related modules (FI-AR, FSCM, SD and Treasury).
10. Strong understanding of Invoice-to-Cash processes including billing, dunning, dispute management, credit management and cash application
11. Experience with implementing SAP S/4 HANA FSCM and Cash Applications
12. Expert level knowledge of finance and accounting principles including following areas of entire receivables lifecycle – Credit Mgmt., Collections Mgmt., Dispute Mgmt., Cash Mgmt.
13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
14. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
15. Ability to lead process improvement initiatives
16. Change management experience
