Store Manager – Acqua di Parma – Bicester Village
Job Summary
Lead retail operations, driving growth across key accounts, and ensuring superior customer service.
Responsibilities
* Oversee growth across all accounts, collaborating to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for the retailer and Acqua di Parma, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.
* Split day‑to‑day responsibilities between the key account manager and key account executive, monitoring and mentoring to meet objectives.
* Develop retail sales by negotiating and implementing ambitious trade marketing plans.
* Support the Sales team with operational business and ad‑hoc projects.
* Deliver detailed analyses and reports as requested.
* Develop and implement an annual business plan for each account, including vision, strategy, investment plan, and detailed retail projections.
* Conduct complex data analysis on large volumes of data to spot trends, forecast performance, and identify growth drivers.
* Forecast and monitor gross and net sales, returns, discount provisions, and required investments from other departments.
* Manage and enhance the P&L of each store.
* Strengthen relationships with key retailer contacts, arranging regular business reviews and strategy meetings.
* Propose and implement improved assortments to ensure optimal brand representation.
* Manage and plan stock holdings to optimise retail performance.
* Ensure excellent service levels and act as the key contact for managed accounts.
* Collaborate with Sales/Marketing teams to develop strong, creative business plans and negotiate with key accounts.
* Engage with the wider team to deliver strong product launches and key trade animations.
* Build relationships with business partners and internal stakeholders, including area managers, business development managers, head office sales, marketing, and visual merchandising teams.
* Provide account administration and coordination.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in key account management.
* 2 years’ experience in luxury/consumer goods retail sector (advantage).
* Degree education.
* Good understanding of retail principles and practices.
