This well-known, successful company are a market leader in that specialist industry, due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking for an Engineering Director to join them for at least 6 months, but with the potential for a permanent opening. You will be leading a variety of defence projects, including £100m+ projects for the MoD. As Engineering Director, you will be helping to lead an engineering function of circa 200 employees where you will be helping to execute & deliver multiple ongoing projects, and providing leadership mentoring. This company has offices near to Bristol, where you can be based, but initially you would need to be able to travel to a site in Devon for circa 3 days a week.
