Location: Witney Community Primary School, OX28 1HL
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 3 days per week (8:30 am - 4:00 pm), Term Time only (38 weeks)
Salary – grade 7: £28,163 to £30,060 pro rata (Actual £13,402 to £14,305)
Closing Date: 7th June 2026
Start Date: 1st September 2026

We are looking for a Senior Administration Officer who is naturally unflappable, highly organised, and enjoys being the first point of contact for our families and staff.
Responsibilities
* Lead responsibility for nursery admissions and funding.
* Act as our Educational Visits Coordinator.
* Communicate clearly and remain approachable to ensure smooth administrative processes.
* Manage essential systems supporting the school's success.

* Unflappable presence – able to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
* Strong communication skills – natural people person, providing a warm, professional welcome.
* Attention to detail – methodical with data and finances, ensuring accurate nursery funding and school trip bookings.
