Eden Scott are supporting a client seeking a HR Administrator on a 3-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be tasked with efficiently coordinating administrative and training tasks. This involves various responsibilities such as managing new starters by issuing employment contracts, setting up new employees on HR and training systems, and ensuring compliance with medical conditions.
Responsibilities:
* Managing new starters' onboarding processes
* Processing leavers and transfers
* Logging and monitoring absence
* Handling training applications and records
* Managing purchasing tasks using SAP
* Responding to reference requests
* Maintaining accurate electronic filing of personnel documentation
Application Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Previous administrative experience, with HR experience being advantageous.
* HR Certifications or Business Administration are beneficial but not essential.
* MS Office experience.
