What You'll Do
As the Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will own the end-to-end creative process—from the initial brief to final delivery and campaign review. Your responsibilities will include:
* Creative Leadership: Oversee the design and optimisation of all creative assets, ensuring timely and budget-friendly outputs that align with our strategic objectives.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the organisation, balancing responsiveness with your creative vision to advocate for our brand at all levels.
* Third-Party Management: Collaborate with agencies and printers to ensure all deliverables meet our high standards and adhere to regulatory compliance.
* Insight-Driven Execution: Root all campaigns in customer insights, maintaining brand consistency while generating innovative ideas that support our strategic goals.
* Performance Tracking: Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of creative initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation.
