We are looking for someone who is passionate about building their career in HR, and is eager to learn and take on responsibility. You will need to be comfortable taking ownership for the payroll and HRIS and demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach. Great attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential.
The role will include
* Assisting with Payroll and Comps & Bens
* Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment throughout the company
* Managing the starter & leaver processes including contracts, references, offer packs, onboarding plans & exit interviews
* Answering HR queries throughout the business and building relationships with managers and key stakeholders
* Supporting on diverse projects and people initiatives
You will need
* Solid HR experience and a passion for building your career in this sector
* A thorough understanding of HR procedures & up to date employment legislation
* Previous experience with payroll administration
* Superb communication skills and the ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent time management & organisational skills
* Great attention to detail
* Ability to “hit the ground running” and work under minimal supervision
* Keen to build HR experience in a creative environment
