Job Description Our Milton Keynes site are now recruiting for a Stock and Systems Controller to join their friendly team on afull time permanent basis. Salary: £24,744 per annum. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. The purpose of aStock and Systems Controller is to ensure accurate stock levels on site, to capture all work completed on site from the current warehouse management systems and to provide the business and customer with details of all site activities. Key Duties of a Stock and SystemsController: Key support role to the Management team helping to ensure company and customer deadlines are met. Book in and control the deliveries and collections of all stock on site. Control and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring all stock being delivered and collected has the relevant paperwork and is accurately booked onto the relevant system and labelled up as required. Ensure all stock discrepancies/non-conformances are managed, recorded and reported. Record weekly cycle counts/stock checks. Liaise with internal and external contacts and customers as and when required in a polite manner. Assist with administration for ISO by accurate and timely completion of information. Carry out administration tasks as required by management in line with the normal day to day running of a busy distribution environment. Produce reports as required. Any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing stock investigations, damage control and samples. Qualifications Competent in verbal and numerical reasoning. Attention to detail / accurate. Ability to work under pressure using your own initiative. PC Literate (Excel and Word or Equivalent). Ideally have working knowledge of a Warehouse Management Systems. Effective Communicator who continuously demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
