To provide a full support in the administration of various databases relating to product information, purchase orders, shipment tracking and stock adjustments.
Role: Supply Chain Administrator
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 - Monday - Friday
Supply Chain Administrator Responsibilities
* Using Sage 200 for purchase order and shipment data entry
* Accurate and timely data entry to support business reporting.
* Checking Sales Contracts from Suppliers correlate with Purchase Order requirement.
* Administration of both electronic and paper-based filing systems
* Booking deliveries into Sage 200 system
* Accurate and timely to enable visibility of warehouse stock.
* Action stock adjustments and transfers in Sage 200 based on instructions from warehouse operations teams.
* Ad hoc support within the Supply Team department or other teams in the business
