Requirements:
* HLTA Status or a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification with a proven track record of supporting students.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour independently and calmly.
* An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to get one- we can help with this).
Key Duties:
* Lead and deliver pre-planned lessons to whole classes independently.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.
* Run small-group interventions to help students catch up in core subjects.
* Support GCSE students with targeted exam preparation and revision techniques.
* Adapt lesson materials to meet the specific needs of students.
* Provide detailed feedback to teachers on student progress and engagement.
* Supervise and mentor other Teaching Assistants within the department.
* Assist with exam arrangements, acting as a scribe or reader for students.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance and achievement during cover. xsngvjr
